A licensed clinician in your state reviews your information. They may ask follow-up questions or request lab work before deciding on next steps.
Video or messaging, as your state requires
Your personal plan
Your provider explains the plan, including any medication they recommend, how it’s taken, its side effects and its cost. If you agree, the prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy.
You decide whether to go ahead
Ongoing care
Regular check-ins track how you’re doing and any side effects. Message your care team between visits, and request refills for provider approval.
