For Kailey, Mike & Patricia
Draft review notes.
What changed in this round, what still needs your input, and the rules the copy follows.
This round
- The site now leads with health and wellness and a catalog of prescription peptide treatments, organised by treatment area.
- Subscription plans and the membership page were removed. Each treatment page will carry its own price once confirmed.
- Five treatments have product pages: semaglutide and tirzepatide (weight management), bremelanotide (sexual wellness), GHK-Cu (skin health) and sermorelin (healthy aging).
- Four further areas — recovery, focus and mood, sleep, immune support — appear as “not currently offered”.
Why some areas show “not currently offered”
Several popular wellness peptides cannot yet be lawfully compounded by U.S. pharmacies. An FDA advisory committee recommended some of them in July 2026, but pharmacies can’t prepare them until federal rulemaking is complete. Naming them publicly “for” a use is the pattern FDA has cited in warning letters, so this draft does not name them. PAL Tech has shared a status table for each requested peptide separately; areas can be switched on as their status changes.

Copy rules this draft follows
- Only treatments a licensed U.S. pharmacy can lawfully prepare are named, and every one is prescription-only.
- No claims that a treatment cures, treats or prevents a condition beyond an FDA-approved use, and no outcome numbers, before/after images or testimonials.
- Compounded treatments are labelled as compounded and not FDA-approved, and are never described as the same as, generic, or identical to a brand-name drug.
- Every treatment page carries safety information on the same page. Full label information is still to be supplied.
- VitaRx is never presented as the pharmacy or manufacturer.
These rules come from recent FDA enforcement against telehealth and peptide marketing. They are a drafting precaution, not legal advice: VitaRx’s healthcare counsel should review all copy, the legal pages and the business model before launch.
Placeholders
Anything marked with an orange tag like to confirm is waiting on information from VitaRx. The four legal pages are starting drafts for counsel.
